MAÂLEM MONSIF BOUBOUL

Monsif Bouboul is a Gnawa artist, born in 1993 in the city of Taroudant, into a long-established Gnawa family. Immersed in this tradition from the age of twelve, he developed his artistic sensibility within a deeply rooted familial and spiritual environment. He received his training from several renowned Gnawa masters, through whom he acquired a strong command of Gnawa rhythms and rituals while preserving their authenticity.

He has participated in numerous festivals both in Morocco and internationally, where he has delivered performances reflecting the depth of this heritage and its openness to contemporary expression. Through his work, Moncef Bouboul remains committed to respecting the artistic and spiritual foundations of Gnawa, pursuing his path with the conviction that it is a living heritage that must be preserved and shared.
