47SOUL

Born between Palestine and Jordan and based in London, 47SOUL have affirmed themselves as one of the most unique collectives on the contemporary scene. As pioneers of the ‘Shamstep’ genre, the band blends electronic music, hip-hop, and traditional dabkeh to create a sound that is both rooted in the Levant and clearly relevant in the present.

Led by Tareq Abu Kwaik (El Far3i), Ramzy Suleiman (ZthePeople), Walaa Sbait, and Hamza Arnaout (El Jehaz), the collective draws on the musical traditions of Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria, reinterpreting them through modern textures. Traditional instruments, electronic rhythms and stage energy blend to create a hybrid, immediate, and deeply political sound.

On stage, 47SOUL displays a rare intensity, where dance becomes language and bodies extend the message. Between memory, resistance, and celebration, their music bridges territories, generations, and diasporas, affirming an identity that is alive in motion and open to the world.
